Spinning®
Spinning® bikes are manufactured by Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. and carry a limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials.
Home Spinner® bikes
- Frame structural components: lifetime warranty
- All other parts: 1 year from date of purchase
- Labor charges for replacing covered components are not included
- Home Spinner® bikes are warranted for home use only and are not covered under commercial use

Note: Warranty is effective from the invoice date of original purchase from an authorized dealer. Replacement parts are warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
Peak Pilates®
Peak Pilates® equipment is manufactured by Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc. and carries a limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials.

- Reformers, Total Workout System®, Cadillacs: lifetime warranty on frame structural components
- Barrels, Chairs, Wall Systems, Ped-O-Pul: 10 years on frame structural components
- Springs and other mechanical components: 1 year

XMARK
XMARK warrants all products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Synergee warrants all products from defects in appearance and performance due to materials, delivery, and workmanship. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

30-day no sweat guarantee Within the first 30 days of receiving your product, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, Synergee will perform a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

DeerRun®
DeerRun® warrants all products against defects in quality under normal use.
- Warranty period: 1 year from date of receipt
- Covers quality defects present upon receipt or arising under normal use
- DeerRun® will repair or replace defective products at their discretion

SAKSBY WHOLESALE (Rovix equipment)
SAKSBY WHOLESALE carries manufacturer's warranties on all products sold. Specific warranty terms vary by manufacturer and are noted on individual product pages.
For warranty claims on Rovix equipment purchased through Home Fitness Supplies, please contact us directly and we will facilitate the claim with SAKSBY on your behalf.
Sports & Fitness Exchange (SFE)
All SFE equipment is warranted to be free from mechanical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Every product goes through a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
- Specific warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each individual product page
- Extended coverage is available and must be purchased at the time of order — it cannot be added after delivery
- SFE will provide replacement parts at no charge for covered defects; labor, maintenance, adjustments, and installation are the responsibility of the owner
Note: Warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, outdoor use, or use of unauthorized parts.
Major Fitness
Major Fitness equipment is sold directly through Home Fitness Supplies and backed by Major Fitness manufacturer warranties. If your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we will make every attempt to make it right.
Proof of purchase is required to process all warranty claims. Warranty is only valid if purchased through an approved retailer or dealer. Negligent or faulty use — including abusive dropping of the bar onto a box, bench, spotter arms, pins, concrete surfaces, or with insufficient/damaged bumper plates — is not covered.

What warranties don't cover (all brands)
Across all brands we carry, the following are generally not covered by manufacturer warranties:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage or minor imperfections that don't affect function
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from improper installation or assembly
- Labor costs for replacing covered components
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at support@homefitnesssupplies.com — don't contact the manufacturer directly
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect
- We'll review your claim and coordinate with the supplier on your behalf
- If approved, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective component
Please report any damage that occurred during shipping within 48 hours of receiving your order.
