At Home Fitness Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Timeframes
- Standard Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on most items.
- Sports & Fitness Exchange Exception: Items from the Sports & Fitness Exchange collection are subject to a 14-day return window from the delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its complete original packaging, including all boxes, accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items: Custom or specialized orders from Peak Pilates, as well as custom-made items, assembled items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We cover return shipping for damages. Report issues to support@homefitnesssupplies.com. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages within 48 hours (or as soon as possible).
4. Restocking Fees
To cover manufacturer receiving and re-inventorying fees, a restocking fee of 15% is applied.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email support@homefitnesssupplies.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Ship items back via a trackable method only after receiving approval.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed after inspection (typically 3–10 business days) and may take an additional 3–10 business days to post, depending on your bank.
